Training Zones

At Speed Sherpa, we've found that using the zone philospophy developed by respected physiologist, Andrew Coggan, Ph.D. has been the most benefifical to our athletes, especially those that train with power. The chart below provides guidance on the amount of intensity that should be applied at each level.
